Hilton Hawaiian Village Launches Summer Beer Dinner Series Featuring Local Flavors and Brews

HONOLULU – Hilton Hawaiian Village is ushering in the summer season with the launch of its Summer Beer Dinner Series, a culinary event set to debut on June 11 in Waikīkī.

Executive Sous Chef Joseph “JJ” Reinhart announced that the series aims to showcase the harmony between gourmet cuisine and Hawaii’s local craft beers. Each dinner in the series will offer a curated multi-course menu paired with selections from featured Hawaiian breweries.

The inaugural dinner will present a fusion of traditional German fare with island-inspired twists. Highlights of the menu include swordfish schnitzel, house-made bratwurst, and an entrée enhanced with a Kona coffee sauce. Each dish will be complemented by a beer pairing from Kona Brewing Co.

Reinhart noted that subsequent dinners will spotlight different local breweries, with chefs designing unique menus tailored to the flavor profiles of the selected brews.
