To celebrate Martini Month (June), Stables Bar at Milestone Hotel & Residences Kensington will be offering a three-cocktail martini menu until June 30.

The Stables Bar has been refurbished to retain its original 19th century mansion stables. The bar features dark wood panelling walls, racing green leather banquettes, understated brass lamps, tartan accents and cosy corner booths.

Mohit Singh, founder of Desi Daru, said: “We can’t wait to celebrate Martini Day all month long. Stables Bar is a fantastic venue and perfect for tasting martinis. Our team knows our vodkas very well and has expertly brought them to life in these drinks.”

Each exclusive cocktail has been carefully crafted to showcase the vibrant flavours of Desi Daru spirits. The first cocktail is the Desi Daru Original Vodka Martini, served with caviar from the Exmouth Caviar Company. It costs £26 ($35).

The Signature Martini combines the brand’s Original Vodka with dry vermouth and cardamom bitters.

The Tropical Martini cocktail is a mango vodka cocktail with fig leaf vermouth and a few drops of chilli oil, giving the classic cocktail a new twist. Both martinis are priced at £18 (approximately $24).

Angelo Lo Greco, bar manager at Stables, added: “When I first tasted Desi Daru, I was struck by its smooth and unique taste – I knew it was perfect for a martini. And with caviar? It’s perfect. I think our guests are going to love it.”

Earlier this year, the vodka brand teamed up with London’s May Fair Bar to create a signature cocktail to celebrate Holi.

In March this year, Desi Daru partnered with Dhall Food & Beverage to expand its distribution in South Asia and the Middle East. To support this expansion, the brand hired Deepak ‘Dee’ Ghera as its new head of marketing last month.
