Rhode Island’s ISCO Spirits has turned a pizza into vodka—and it’s coming to stores across the United States. Originally launched as a limited edition in Rhode Island, ISCO Pizza Vodka will now be available nationwide.
How It’s Made
ISCO combines classic pizza ingredients—organic wheat, herbs, spices, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese—into its vodka base. The result is a spirit at 40% ABV that the company calls “oddly comforting and undeniably delicious.”
Creative Cocktail Ideas
ISCO says Pizza Vodka is “very versatile.” Suggested serves include:
Italian Stallion: Pizza Vodka with shredded Parmesan and chipotle peppers.
Caprese Martini: A twist on the Italian classic.
Vice City: Pizza Vodka mixed with lemon juice and Coca-Cola.
Hawaii 5-0: Pizza Vodka, pineapple juice, hot sauce, and Tajín.
Pricing and Availability
A 375 ml bottle of ISCO Pizza Vodka retails for $19.99. It joins a lineup of unconventional spirits from the Rhode Island distiller, which includes:

A New Chapter for Providence Distilling
ISCO Spirits, officially Diligent Spirits Company, operates the first distillery to open in downtown Providence since Prohibition. As the craft spirits trend embraces oddball flavors—from asparagus to oyster—Pizza Vodka makes its mark with a slice of innovation.
