FALLS CHURCH, Va. — The long-vacant Stratford Motor Lodge on West Broad Street is being redeveloped into a new beer garden and restaurant, marking a significant transformation for the once-deteriorating property.
The site, located at the intersection of West Broad and Little Falls streets, is being reimagined by Infinity Building. The upcoming establishment, named Stratford Garden, is slated to open in Fall 2025.
Construction crews have already removed much of the old motel structure, though portions of the original building remain and are being incorporated into the venue’s design. Renderings available on Infinity Building’s website offer a preview of the space, highlighting a spacious bar, indoor dining areas, and a lush outdoor setting complete with sofas, tables, and umbrella-covered seating.
According to the developer, Stratford Garden will have a total capacity of approximately 300 guests, with 200 seats indoors and 100 outdoors.
The redevelopment is seen as a notable addition to Falls Church’s evolving landscape, offering residents and visitors a new destination for dining and socializing.
