Beach Bum Rum has introduced a redesigned bottle that the brand describes as a “significant step” in its evolution, blending sustainability, craftsmanship, and its deep connection to Mauritius.
The new packaging, which will debut this summer in key markets, features a custom glass mould—a first for the brand—designed to boost shelf appeal and highlight the unique character of its caramel molasses, coconut, and vanilla blend.
In keeping with Beach Bum’s commitment to sustainability, the new labels are printed on paper made from 95% recycled sugar cane fibre, reflecting Mauritius’ sugar cane heritage. The illustrated label design remains, continuing to draw on tropical, resort-style visuals that capture the spirit of the island.
Other key design elements include new corks featuring a map of Mauritius, reinforcing the brand’s island identity and artisanal roots.
“This is more than just a visual update—it’s a celebration of Mauritius and the quality we always strive for,” said David Adamson, CEO of Beach Bum Beverages. “The new packaging further reflects our origins, craft, and brand identity.”
The relaunch will be accompanied by a new brand campaign targeting craft spirits consumers, bartenders, and retailers.
The update follows Beach Bum’s earlier expansion into the northern German-Danish border region in partnership with Taster Wine Vertriebs, further cementing its growing international presence.
