Just in time for summer, Euroboozer is thrilled to announce the return of the Stiegl ‘Summer of Radler’ cocktail competition, now entering its sixth exciting year — and bigger than ever before! For the very first time, this popular competition opens its doors not only to professional bartenders and mixologists but also to the British public.
Create Your Own Radler Cocktail and Win Big
Calling all beer lovers and cocktail creators! You’re invited to craft a unique cocktail using either the Stiegl Grapefruit Radler or the Stiegl Raspberry Radler. The stakes are high: the winner will receive a £1,000 cash prize and a year’s supply of Stiegl Radlers — the perfect reward to keep your summer refreshingly tasty.
The Grand Final on a Rooftop Terrace
The competition will culminate in a live final event on the stunning rooftop terrace of Boundary London on Thursday, 17 July 2025. Here, the final five cocktails will be sampled and judged by an expert panel, selecting the ultimate Radler cocktail champion.
About Stiegl Radlers
Stiegl is famous for brewing some of the most refreshing beers available. Their Radlers combine the signature Goldbräu lager with either homemade grapefruit soda for the Grapefruit Radler or raspberry lemonade for the Raspberry Radler. Both are delicious on their own, but also serve as fantastic bases for inventive, seasonal beer cocktails.
How to Enter
Entry is simple:
Fill out a short application form on the Euroboozer website.
Submit your cocktail recipe, preparation method, and a photo featuring a can of either Stiegl Grapefruit Radler or Stiegl Raspberry Radler.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, 27 June 2025.
Judging and Voting Process
A jury will shortlist at least 20 creative entries. These will then go to a public vote on social media, where the five most popular cocktails will qualify for the live final showdown.
