Smirnoff is set to release a new vodka-based spirit infused with guava and ginger flavors. The product will be available nationwide in the U.S. starting June, offering a tropical twist to the popular vodka brand.
Pricing and Alcohol Content
Electric Guava will be sold at 25% ABV. A 750ml bottle will retail for $12.99, while a 50ml bottle will be priced between $0.99 and $1.25, making it accessible for both full servings and smaller tastes.
Launch Event: Calle Electric in Miami’s Little Havana
To celebrate the launch, Smirnoff hosted Calle Electric, a one-night-only music and cultural event in Miami’s vibrant Little Havana neighborhood.
Jennifer Holiday Hudson, Smirnoff’s North American Brand Leader, said:
“We couldn’t think of a more perfect way to launch Electric Guava than Calle Electric. We were inspired by tropical flavors deeply rooted in Hispanic culture and celebrated by many communities. We wanted to create a drink that people can enjoy together. With the popularity of spicy tamarind, it felt like the right time to expand the flavor conversation.”
A Night of Music and Cocktails
The event featured bespoke cocktails and an immersive experience, accompanied by live music from DJ twins Coco and Breezy. The duo debuted their new single, Home, at the event.
The DJs shared:
“The energy at Calle Electric is incredible—just like the vibe of Electric Guava. Smirnoff brought the flavors, we brought the music, and together we created a new song for everyone to dance to while enjoying the hottest cocktails of the summer.”
