Finca, a popular neighborhood restaurant in San Diego’s North Park, has announced the launch of a new cocktail program following the acquisition of a full liquor license. Known for its curated selection of wine and beer, Finca is expanding its beverage offerings with a cocktail menu rooted in the vibrant, botanical flavors of Southern California.

The new menu is crafted by Bar Manager Matt Gisler, who brings a regional flair to classic cocktails by incorporating local produce and fresh, aromatic ingredients. Drawing inspiration from the area’s diverse landscape, Gisler has created drinks that highlight citrus, herbs, and floral elements, resulting in inventive combinations with a distinctly Californian character.

  • Daiquiri Plus – A refined cocktail blending fennel-infused syrup with rhum agricole and Hamilton White ‘Stache Rum.

To mark the debut of the cocktail menu, Finca is also initiating a series of bar takeovers, inviting notable mixologists from the local scene. The first event will feature Keenan Anaya, Bar Manager at Nolita Hall, on June 8 from 3 PM to 5 PM. Future collaborations are planned with other standout establishments, including Happy Medium and Crafted Coupe.
