CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Memorial Day Weekend promises a lively lineup of events for Chattanooga Market organizers, who are preparing to host two major attractions: the fifth annual Chattanooga Beer Fest and the popular Street Food Festival.
The Chattanooga Beer Fest, set for Saturday, May 24, will take place from noon to 3 p.m. at First Horizon Pavilion. Presented by New Realm Brewing Company, the ticketed event celebrates craft beer culture, offering guests unlimited samples from nearly three dozen regional breweries for a single admission price. Attendees will receive a commemorative tasting glass for sampling, with tickets priced at $48 in advance and $58 at the door, subject to availability.
Festival-goers will have the opportunity to engage with brewers, explore a range of new and signature beers, and enjoy a diverse selection of local cuisine. Food vendors scheduled to appear include Bhamanooga, Joyful Hearts, El Mason, and Mimi and Papa’s Crepes. Non-alcoholic beverage options will also be available, and organizers encourage responsible drinking. Live music will be provided by Milele Roots, a high-energy reggae band.
The weekend festivities continue on Sunday, May 25, as Chattanooga Market hosts its annual Street Food Festival along Reggie White Boulevard. More than 30 food trucks and carts are expected to line the street, serving a wide variety of global flavors and American favorites. Dishes will range from farm-to-table sandwiches and wood-fired pizzas to gourmet burgers, Thai specialties, tacos, empanadas, donuts, and more. The event is free to attend, with food offered on a pay-as-you-go basis.
With craft beer, eclectic cuisine, and live entertainment, the weekend marks one of the busiest and most festive times of the year for the Chattanooga Market and its patrons.
