California Craft Beer Week, the state’s premier celebration of craft brewing, will take place from July 18–27, 2025, bringing together brewers, beer enthusiasts, and local communities to honor the state’s dynamic craft beer industry. This year’s event will also debut California Pint Day, offering a unique opportunity for beer lovers to take home a collectible pint glass while supporting local breweries and the California Craft Brewers Association (CCBA).

“California’s award-winning craft beer industry supports tens of thousands of jobs and contributes more than $8.9 billion to the state’s economy,” said Kelsey McQuaid-Craig, Executive Director of the CCBA. “California Craft Beer Week is a chance to celebrate the brewers, small businesses, and communities that make California’s craft beer scene the envy of the nation. We invite everyone to join in the celebration not just in July, but all year round.”

Organized by the CCBA, the 10-day festival will feature brewery-hosted events and special beer releases at locations across the state. The event highlights the diversity and community-driven spirit of California’s craft beer industry. With numerous activities and beer releases planned, the 2025 edition promises to be a thrilling showcase of the state’s craft beer culture.

In addition to its festive activities, California Craft Beer Week supports two key statewide fundraising initiatives. These campaigns help sustain the CCBA and promote the future of craft brewing throughout California.

This year marks the introduction of California Pint Day, which will kick off the celebration. Participating taprooms across the state will offer a limited-edition pint glass that beer enthusiasts can take home. The initiative is similar to Delaware’s popular Keep the Pint program, allowing consumers to enjoy a tangible keepsake while directly contributing to the CCBA and its associated breweries.

Celebrating its fifth anniversary, the CCBA Brewers Collaboration beer will also be featured, with participating breweries crafting unique beers in their signature styles. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of these special brews will benefit the CCBA, further supporting the growth and sustainability of California’s craft beer community.
