United Leisure Group has announced the appointment of Inverarity Morton as the exclusive wine and spirits partner for its expanding portfolio of hospitality venues in Glasgow. The partnership follows a competitive tender process and is signed in the year marking Inverarity Morton’s 80th anniversary.
The agreement will see the independent wine and spirits merchant provide bespoke drinks menus for a range of venues including Max’s Bar, La Cheetah Club, Room 2, Mikaku, and the latest addition, Clydeside Containers, which will open on the River Clyde this summer.
Tailored Beverage Offerings to Match Venue Character
The partnership will focus on designing bespoke wine and spirits ranges for each venue, drawing on Inverarity Morton’s expertise in training, service, and supply. Each offering will be carefully crafted to align with the unique character of its respective venue, ensuring that guests enjoy a curated and memorable drinking experience.
