Teeling Whisky Company has released the “Birthday Batch,” a unique blend of its oldest single malt and pot still whiskies. This special edition honors a decade of innovation and craftsmanship at Dublin’s first new distillery in 125 years.

The whisky is aged in bourbon barrels, bringing together rich and complex flavors. From the malt whisky, expect orchard fruit, caramel, and butterscotch notes. The pot still whisky adds peppery spice and green apple oil, balanced by tropical hints of melon and guava.

The Birthday Batch has an ABV of 46%. It is available for purchase on the Teeling distillery’s website for €100.10 (about $115).

The launch reflects the ongoing renaissance of Dublin whisky. Teeling plans to continue expanding and release older whiskies from its maturing stock in the coming years.

Distillery Milestones and Visitor Experience

Since opening in 2015, the distillery has welcomed over one million visitors and draws around 115,000 to 130,000 guests annually. To celebrate the 10th anniversary, Teeling will host a series of events called ‘Sip Sessions,’ featuring talks with industry pioneers and special guests.

Visitors with birthdays in June can enjoy free entry to the distillery as part of the celebrations.
