BALI, Indonesia, June 4, 2025 — The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is set to host a refined evening of gourmet cuisine and premium wine at The Beach Grill, featuring the acclaimed wines of New Zealand vintner Jane Hunter. The exclusive wine dinner, taking place on Thursday, June 5, 2025, will pair a meticulously crafted four-course menu with award-winning vintages from Hunter’s Wines.
Often hailed as the “First Lady of New Zealand Wine,” Jane Hunter brings decades of expertise and global recognition to the event. Guests will enjoy a curated tasting journey that showcases her celebrated Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, and Pinot Noir, with each dish tailored to highlight the nuances of these distinguished varietals.

The dinner begins at 6:00 p.m. at The Beach Grill, offering a beachfront setting to complement the evening’s culinary and oenological offerings. The event is priced at IDR 1,600,000 net per person, inclusive of the full four-course menu and wine pairings.
