SANTEE, CA — The Annual Santee Street Fair and Craft Beer Festival is set to return with a full slate of family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and a showcase of local vendors. This free public event will feature live music, carnival rides, and an array of food and craft booths, making it one of East County’s most anticipated community celebrations.
Kicking off the day’s festivities, the local Boy Scouts will host a pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Proceeds from the $8 breakfast—which includes pancakes, eggs, sausage, and a choice of coffee or orange juice—will directly benefit the Boy Scouts. Payment for the breakfast will be accepted in cash only. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy a hearty meal before the official Opening Ceremonies.
One of the festival’s main attractions will be the Craft Beer Garden, hailed as the best in East County. VIP pre-sale tickets are available for $25 and include 10 beer tasters and a meal. A full list of participating breweries is expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
Vendors specializing in handmade arts and crafts are invited to apply for booth space, with specialty pricing available. All products must be 100% homemade. Event organizers emphasize that the sale of firearms, tobacco, drug paraphernalia, alcohol, or items promoting the use of illicit substances is strictly prohibited.
