ALLEGAN, Mich. — Beer enthusiasts can look forward to sampling selections from 16 West Michigan breweries at the fourth annual ALEgan Craft Beer Fest, scheduled for this Saturday at the Allegan County Fairgrounds.
The event, which runs from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., is hosted by Tantrick Brewing Co. in partnership with the Allegan Jaycees. Participating breweries include Archival Brewing, One Well Brewing, Harbor Light Brewery, Heronmark of Allegan, 707 Winery and Brewery, Bier Distillery, and Oakestown Brewery, among others. Festival organizers promise an array of “finest selections” from these local breweries.
In addition to the beer offerings, festival-goers can enjoy a variety of snacks from food trucks and live music by rockabilly band Kitten and The Tonics.
General admission tickets, priced at $35 in advance and $45 at the door, include 10 tokens for 4-ounce beer samples. Additional tokens will be available for purchase. For designated drivers, a special $10 admission ticket is available for those not consuming alcohol.
Festival co-chair Ben Jalbert emphasized that the event is designed to cater to both seasoned beer festival attendees and those new to such events, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.
This year’s festival promises to be an exciting opportunity to experience the best of West Michigan’s craft beer scene, all while supporting local breweries.
