Eastern Market Brewing Co. Unveils 2025 Pączki Beer Lineup

Detroit, MI) – Get ready, Detroit. Pączki Beer returns for 2025, and this year, we’ve listened to what you’ve been asking for: Raspberry is back! Everyone asked for Raspberry Pączki last year, so we brought it back with extra vanilla cream and the fruit-forward flavor that always sells out.

But we didn’t stop there. For the second flavor, we took a unique approach. At our experimental hub, Ferndale Project, we A/B tested Chocolate Cream vs. Powdered Apple Pączki Beer, and guess what? Chocolate Cream came out on top. We took the feedback seriously and doubled the chocolate to make it even more indulgent. The result is a decadent pastry-inspired blonde ale with chocolate, vanilla cream, and lactose that may be even better than our Raspberry.

And this year, we’re adding a unique twist: a one-time small batch release of ‘Rose Petal’ Pączki Beer to be available closer to our annual Pączki Block Party on Saturday, March 1st. But that’s not all—for the first time, we’ll have Pączki Party-inspired merch to celebrate the beer release.

“Pączki Beer has taken on a life of its own. The rich, pastry-inspired flavors, the anticipation, and the legendary Block Party make it a can’t-miss event. With our best flavors, this release is the highlight of our year,” said Pauline Knighton-Prueter, Eastern Market Brewing Co. President.

The Full Pint is actively accepting beer press releases. Whether it’s a new release, a major event, or exciting brewery news, we’ll get it in front of an engaged craft beer audience.

“Pączki Beer isn’t just another release—it’s what keeps us going through the toughest months. The response blows us away every year, but it means even more in 2025. It’s more than beer; it’s a tradition, a celebration, and a reminder of the incredible community that supports us,” said Dayne Bartscht, Founder of Eastern Market Brewing Co.
